Anyways, I do hope you’re not here to check if I can speak English but to get your Splits!
I want to tell you right from the beginning that 1 month is most propably not enough to get full splits on each side. This has nothing to do with prograns, but with genetics. The reason I tell you this is obviously not to keep you from buying it but simply to be honest with you!
However, don’t worry, the program is perfect to work towars your splits and hip mobility!
You will train three times a week. One training session will be about 30 minutes. 2 out of 3 training sessions will be exhausting. Don’t underrestimate the work. It’s exhausting because when it comes to mobility not only passive stretching is important but also active. In other words, strenghtening the opposite muscle of the stretched one.
Our bodies protects us. They do a really good job at that because we are not strong enough in certain positions. This, we can change!
The third training session is more passive stretching. It’s a combination of active & passive that make me promise you results!
The program is for both beginners and advanced people!
I highly recommend to make a picture of you trying the splits now and one after the Challenge. Tracking the progress is important and keeps you motivated!
